1. Order Processing Time

Ready-to-Wear Products

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received.

Custom/Bespoke Orders

  • Processing and creation time varies by outfit type.

  • Estimated timelines will be shared during consultation.

  • Any delay caused due to design revisions or inaccurate measurements is not the responsibility of ROMA Couture.


2. Shipping Timelines

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Express Delivery (if available): 2–5 business days

International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Custom clearance delays are not in our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, payable by the customer.


4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make 1–3 attempts to deliver your order.

  • If the customer fails to receive the parcel, additional re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Delays Beyond Our Control

ROMA Couture is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier issues

  • Customs inspections

  • Festivals or national holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customer


7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide complete and correct shipping information.

  • ROMA Couture is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.


8. Damaged / Open Package at Delivery

If your package appears tampered with or damaged:

  1. Do not accept the parcel.

  2. Ask the courier to mark it as “Return to Sender.”

  3. Inform ROMA Couture within 24 hours with images/video.


9. Lost Packages

  • In rare cases where a package is lost by the courier, we will assist with claims.

  • Final resolution depends on the courier company’s investigation.
