Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@romacouture.in with your order details.
Once we confirm your request and receive the returned product (if already delivered), your refund will be processed promptly.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be purchased within the last 7 days

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized, altered, or personalized products

  • Items purchased during sale/clearance events

  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Roma Couture reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days

  • The refund will reflect in your bank/payment method within 4–5 business days

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method

  • No additional charges will be applied for refund processing

Note: Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service to avoid loss or damage during transit.
